Gwen Stefani was on the Ellen DeGeneres Show last week (11/20) and one of things that Ellen asked her about (subtly) was her relationship with Blake Shelton.
By now everybody knows that the two coaches from “The Voice” are dating. However, neither of them have been extremely forthcoming about the relationship in interviews. When Gwen appeared on Ellen’s show, the talk show host eventually got around to trying to subtly get the scoop from the singing star.
It started with Ellen noting that Gwen had gotten a little more relaxed and playful on the show this season. Gwen responded by saying, “You’re so cute.” Ellen states that’s she’s just trying to “dance around the subject.”
Ellen then asked Gwen if she was happy and having fun as photo of Gwen sitting on Blake’s lap popped up behind them prompting Gwen to exclaim, “Whoa!”
Ellen said she didn’t know where that came from about the picture to which Gwen said, “Ride ’em cowboy.”
The talk show host then shifted gears commenting how she thinks Blake is hilarious and is so knowledgeable about music. Gwen then stated that she agreed with Ellen and revealed a confession, “I did not know this about him because I didn’t even know who he was before I was on the show.”
Then she added, “Before I was on The Voice I never heard of him before … I’m an O.C. girl. Like, what would I know But he knows every single ’80s song. He literally is a musical jukebox. He knows everything about music it’s crazy.”
Finally Ellen decided to be a little more direct saying, “And he’s a good kisser, or no?”
Gwen said with a laugh and blushing, “Wow. You are so awesome.”

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton will be together again on “The Voice” tonight as the Top 11 perform live starting at 7pm central time on NBC.
