It is time once again to join the McLean County Sportsmen’s Association for the annual wild game banquet and help out children’s charities in our area.
Every year the McLean County Sportsmen put out an amazing spread of food and fun night of auctions and raffles to raise money that they use to help support children’s charities in the McLean County area. This year will be the 24th year that the night of fun, food and fund-raising takes place.
The banquet will be held Saturday, February 7th at the Interstate Center on the west side of Bloomington on Route 9 (W. Market Street). Click here for a map. Doors will open at 2:30pm with dinner beginning at 4:30pm.
This year the meal will include roast turkey, pheasant stroganoff, elk tips with gravy, fried Pollock, potatoes, green beans, rolls and cookies.
There will be a live auction that will have over 100 items to bid on and a silent auction with an additional 300 items for you to bid on. Some of the items that will be auctioned include lots of fishing and hunting trips, baseball trips and a hockey trip.
Tickets for the 24th Annual McLean Country Sportsmen’s Association Wild Game Banquet are $30 in advance and $35 at the door. Advance tickets can be purchased at Chuck’s Harley Davidson, Smiley’s Sport Shop, Erickson Automotive, Darnall Printing and Darnall Gun Range.
Plan on joining us for a fun night, great food to help support children’s charities in our area with the McLean County Sportsmen’s Association and B104!
