Why are Dierks Bentley and his band members wearing pink bathrobes? It is part of his annual lake jump.

Dierks was in Orlando, Florida New Year's Day (1/1/13) for the Capital One Bowl. Prior to his halftime performance at the college football game between #6 Georgia and #23 Nebraska (Geogia won the game 45-31), Dierks and his band members did their 2013 lake jump.

The lake jump has become an annual fixture for the country singer. The video below shows Dierks and his boys jumping into a lake in Florida as well as part of their performance later in the day at the Capital One Bowl. As far as why the guys had pink bathrobes to wear after their lake jump; Dierks doesn't reveal that in the video.

Maybe you can ask him about the robe when he comes to Champaign, IL with Miranda Lambert on the 'Locked And Reloaded Tour' February 22nd. As much as Miranda loves the color pink, I'm sure she approves of Dierks' color choice for the bathrobes.
