If you have been guarding your stockpile of Twinkies, you can relax a little. Twinkies are coming back!

Appollo Global Management and Metropoulos & Co., two buy out firms, are come together to purchase the Hostess and Dolly Madison cake brands. The US Bankruptcy Court will have to approve the 410 million dollar purchase when it hears the case on March 19th for the deal to be done. However, I can't see the court stopping the return of the beloved snack cakes.

Once the purchase is completed, the plans are to bring back Twinkies and the other treats. Metropoulos & Co. CEO Dean Metropoulos said: "This transaction will ensure the beloved Hostess snack cakes can continue to be enjoyed for years to come. We look forward to returning the iconic Hostess products, including Twinkies, Ding Dongs and HoHos to consumers as soon as possible."
