Toby Keith has announced his 2013 "Hammer Down Tour" dates with special guest Kip Moore that will kick off June 8th and include a stop in Springfield, Illinois.

The Toby Keith "Hammer Down Tour" will again be presented by Toby's longtime partner the Ford F-Series. The tour will start in Ozark, Arkansas June 8th and wind its way through a total of 20 cities by the last date in Indianapolis, Indiana September 7th.

Toby will make a stop in Chicago on his "Hammer Down Tour" as well as just down the road in Springfield, Illinois for the Illinois State Fair. We reported that Toby would be headlining the Illinois State Fair concert line-up previously; however, ticket details for the concert have not been released yet. Kip Moore is ready to join one of the biggest names in country music and concert touring. When asked about going out on the Toby Keith "Hammer Down Tour," Kip said:

"I am excited to go out with Toby, because I have heard so many stories about what the tours are like. I know that he has a big, big rowdy crowd, and I know he has a different kind of fan base than I probably do, which is why it’s going to be so fun to get in front of that fan base. The guy has been at the top of his game for no telling how many years. I mean 10-15-20 years, so I know it’s definitely something I can learn a lot from, and I think it will better my career going out with him."

I can't wait to see what Toby has in store for us in concert this year.
