The husband-wife duo of Thompson Square have released the video for their latest single "If I Didn't Have You."

If you remember, back in January, Keifer Thompson posted on Twitter a couple of photos that led people to believe he and his wife, Shawna, had been in some kind of accident. The photo of Keifer had him with a huge black eye and the one of Shawna appeared to show her in a hospital bed.

Keifer later on in the day appologized for people thinking the couple had been seriously hurt. He said he intended to post a third picture quikly that showed them on the set of the music video for "If I Didn't Have You" but got caught up in shooting the video.

Country Weekly reports that the tears in the video are real ones. Keifer said; "When I'm sitting there looking at Shawna all beat to hell in bed and stuff, if you just take a moment just to think, 'If this was real."
