CMA Vocal Group of the Year Little Big Town joined 'X Factor' finalist Tate Stevens to do some "MMMMMM-Motor Boatin'" on the show.

It appears that the reality singning competitions have realized what having country music stars make an appearance on their show can do for their ratings. Obviously 'American Idol' has a conection with country music through Carrie Underwood. However, ever since 'The Voice' exploded in the ratings with the help of Blake Shelton staring as one of the coaches, it seems that all of the shows have strived to have more country stars appear on their own stages.

'American Idol' has even enlisted Keith Urban as one of the new judges for the upcoming season. Not to be out done, the 'X Factor' has had some country music stars stand on their stage as well. Last night (12/19) Leann Rimes did a duet with finalist Demi Lavato. As mentioned above, CMA Vocal Group of the Year Little Big Town were also on the show.

The Grammy nominated quartet added their voices to 'X Factor' finalist Tate Stevens' performance of their #1 hit song 'Pontoon.' They even sent him a message through their Twitter account after the show; "Thank you @tatestevensctry for doing a little motorboatin' with us on the @TheXFactorUSA Good luck!" They included a the picture above with the Tweet.
