Kellie Pickler and Derek Hough got their first perfect score on week nine of "Dancing With The Stars." Week nine of "Dancing With The Stars" will result in the final four being set for the dancing competition.
Kellie and Derek kicked things off last night (5/13) with the Argentine Tango. Following the dance, judge Len Goodman said their dance was: "a mix of pride and joy: pride in the technique, joy in the performance."
Judge Bruno Tonioli exclaimed to Kellie: "welcome to the world of the sublime." Bruno added that starting the dance silhouetted was like: "watching two people become one."
Judge Carrie Ann Inaba talked about how Kellie has grown as a dancer during the season and gave her praise for the "level of perfection" she has risen to.
The dance earned Kellie and Derek three perfect 10s from the judges to give them 30 out of 30 possible points for the performance. You can watch Kellie Pickler and Derek Hough's "perfect" Argentine Tango below.
The second dance for the country sweetheart was the Flamenco. While the scores were not quite perfect, they were still at the high-level that Kellie has set as a standard for herself on "Dancing With The Stars." The Flamenco scored Kellie and Derek 28 out of 30 points possible. That gave them a combined score of 58 for week nine of the show.
How does that stack up against the other four dancing couples? Well, here is a list of week nine scores from highest to lowest on "Dancing With The Stars."
