The Voice Season 3 has begun and Illinois' very own Gracia Harrison hopes to be crowned this season's winner with the help of Blake Shelton!
At 18 and from the town of Virden, Il just outside of Springfield, Gracia Harrison made a name for herself long before The Voice. She has been singing all over Central Illinois for years as a member of the Illinois Country Music Association. And now because of The Voice, her voice can be heard by many. She's a small town girl and now when she comes home she can't go out to eat with her family without being asked for an autograph or a picture. But don't worry, she's still down to earth and loves Honey Boo Boo Child just like you and me.
Gracia now has over 3 thousand likes on her facebook fanpage, you can buy her song on iTunes and at some point last week she actually surpassed her coach Blake Shelton on the Top 100 Country Songs on iTunes!
After she sang during the blind auditions, Blake said: "I know, as a fellow country artist, that you can't fake your way through that particular song," he said. "And country radio today is full of country artists that can't do what you just did."
She is now happily on Blake's team! Hear what happened after the blind auditions so far...
