Blake Shelton will make a guest appearance on Reba's latest sitcom "Malibu Country" in an upcoming episode.
Although Reba has stepped down from her co-hosting duties of the ACM Awards Show with Blake, she will be working side-by-side with her buddy on TV. The Huffington Post reported that Blake will be on "Malibu Country" playing Reba's brother on the show.
While the March 1st air date of the show that Blake will appear on is new, the idea of Blake appearing on the show with Reba was teased last year. The Boot reports that Reba eluded to the cameo in an interview saying: "I've already talked to Blake and Kelly [Clarkson] and they said that they would appear, so we just got to get the script right when we need 'em in here."
What I find interesting about this news is that, in just over a month's time Blake will appear on all three major TV networks. "Malibu Country" airs on ABC TV and Blake will be on that show March 1st. Then he will be on NBC TV when he resumes his duties as coach on "The Voice" season four starting March 25th. Finally, Blake will be on CBS TV when Luke Bryan joins him to co-host the 48th ACM Awards Show April 7th.
I guess Blake is doing his best to live up to the CMA Entertainer of the Year award he won last year.
Watch a clip of Blake and Reba as co-hosts from the 47th ACM Awards Show below. I can totaly see them as brother and sister when you watch their interaction in the clip.
