Super Bowl XLVII is in the books with the Baltimore Ravens being crowned the Champs for the second time in franchise history. The second half started out with a kickoff return for a touchdown to make the game appear over, but then things got interesting.
Half of the lights in the stadium went out and the game was stalled for 34 minutes. San Francisco came back with a third and thirteen and Baltimore shut them down, but the momentum shifted to San Francisco after that and the game got real exciting as they erased a 22 point deficit to make a game of it.
In the end Baltimore was victorious by a score of 34 – 31. The only thing I wonder is if San Francisco had come back to win how many people would blame the blackout? The highlights and post game interviews were fun to watch this year if you missed them click here.
