It's my hometown, Pontiac Illinois...SWEET!

Technically it's supposed to be Pontiac after the black out. I'm assuming the big concrete contraption behind the 'Pontiac Market' is supposed to be the Pontiac Prison. Is Otto's Lounge supposed to be Bob and Ringo's?
