In 2018 voters in Illinois elected a governor who has publicly favored making marijuana legal, and members of the legislature seem ready to go along with the governor. This presentation will consider some of the issues regarding legalization. The experiences of other countries and other states that have already legalized
recreational marijuana can provide some useful dos and don’ts.
