Brad Paisley made a surprise appearance at the 2020 St. Jude Country Cares for St. Jude Seminar with St. Jude patient Addie Pratt.

The Country Cares for St. Jude Seminar is held in Memphis where radio stations prepare for their radio-thons to support St. Jude.

Brad took the stage and explained why he chose to include his song “Alive Right Now” featuring Addie, a St. Jude success story, in his recent TV special Brad Paisley Thinks He’s Special.
