Tim McGraw is getting ready for his new book, “Grit & Grace: Train The Mind, Train the Body, Own Your Life” to hit shelves and has been talking about his fitness and how he’s in the best shape of his life.

While talking to Men’s Health recently, Tim opened up about how he got back into working out. As it turns out, it was his daughter Gracie who gave him the push. Eleven years ago, Tim was in the movie ‘Four Christmases’ and weighed in at 215 lbs. Gracie told her dad that he looked “big” on screen and that was all it took. Tim started exercising and eating right and now is in peak shape.
