This Sunday (11/3), we fall back. It’s the end of Daylight Saving Time and we get an extra hour on this one day.

The question is what should you do with that extra hour? Should you sleep it away? Should you get up and accomplish some tasks?

Most experts say you will be better off getting that extra hour of sleep Sunday.

Most people do not get the recommended amount of sleep regularly, so this is the perfect time to catch up a little.

Don’t forget to “Fall Back” Saturday night (11/2) before bed and reset any clocks back an hour (if yours don’t automatically adjust).

What do you plan on doing with your extra hour?
