Billy Currington is excited about his new single titled “Details” that is about to be sent to country radio.

The song was co-written by Nicolle Galyon, Mark Trussell, and Stephen Lee Olsen. Billy says he loved the song from the start,

“I love to sing this song. I loved recording it. I loved the feel of the song when I first heard it, and I love the feel of it when I play it live now.”

The song lyrics paint a picture of a man who is so enamored with his girlfriend that everything else seems to fade into the background when she’s there.

What is it about the song Billy loves so much?

“It’s just a great song to be a part of,” Billy shares, “the feel, it’s got that swagger … that laid-backness that I connect with.”

The song will be sent to country radio starting next month. Meanwhile you can listen to it below to hear the “laid-back swagger” yourself.
