Rarely do we find ‘drunk man’ stories that fall into the “good samaritan” category. Alas, here we are!

Apparently, while enjoying a night on the town, a man noticed a baby lesser goldfinch struggling on the ground. He called his local wildlife animal rescue to tell them about the bird and that he “had a few too many” to drive.

About an hour later, an Uber pulled up to the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center Of Northern Utah with a passenger…the baby bird!

The drunk man, knowing he couldn’t drive, did the next best thing and ordered the Uber for the baby bird to make sure it got there safely.

That man, and quite frankly the Uber driver for driving the baby bird passenger, deserve medals!
