Last year we got the story that Amazon had purchased the rights to create a ‘Lord Of The Rings’ show for it’s platform. AND NOW…we have our first hint at what the show will be about. Check this out from the show’s official Twitter page…

According to LAD Bible, this line is from THE ring. This leads many to believe that the TV show will be prequel to the “Lord Of The Rings’ and ‘Hobbit’ films. The show is scheduled for 5 seasons is already expected to be the most expensive in history (rumors say a $1 BILLION budget). The show is set to premier sometime in 2020.
